I attended a Flash Workshop sponsored by Six Point Harness studio last weekend.
Fun! Free! Edu-macational! I'm so happy to be living in a town that gives me such geek out opportunities.
They provided some good tips on how to animate and draw in Flash. Here's something I busted out later that day. I drew here completely freehand with a mouse. Usually, to turn out something this smooth I draw it by hand, scan and trace lines over it using a different layer. But after all the tips I picked up I was able to churn her out in like 3 minutes.
When I have more time (hah) I'll post some of the tips I learned.
